Liquid Cruiser

This hoop looks the same as a “Cruiser”, only the added water inside changes the weight and feel of this hoop. “Why water?” You ask? Well, it adds extra weight, increases momentum, and can feel helpful when first learning. It’s GREAT for Beginners and people who are tall, have larger frames or increased body mass. It supports the hooper in understanding the hoop’s rhythm by pressing HARDER against the body as it rotates around. Some report feeling like once you get it going, it “goes on its own” with less effort. ie… it’s easier than other hoops for those just starting out! This hoop can increase the intensity of your cardio/core workout awakening muscles needed for hooping. Designed more like an exercise hoop, less like a dance hoop.

NOT recommended for neck, knees, arms or hands due to the increased weight. The possibility of bruising, muscle tenderness and stress on the joints exists when using this hoop.
Remember! This hoop may be extra wobbly in its first few rotations.  Give the water a chance to distribute in the hoop. It may take a few rotations to get it smoothed out.
Not a good hoop for small children, people with spinal, neck injuries or have low body mass as bruising may occur due to it’s added weight.
